Crane run-in period features

1. Abrasion speed

2. Poor lubrication

Due to the smaller clearance of spare parts for the new Assembly, and Assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to guarantee the uniformity of the gap with lubricant (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on friction surface to prevent wear. Thereby reducing the effectiveness of lubrication, causing abnormal wear of the parts. In severe cases can cause surface scratching or scuffing of precision fit, causes the failure to occur.

3. Loose

New processing and assembling of parts, there are geometric shapes and size deviations in early use, due to the alternating load such as shock, vibration, and the impact of factors such as heat, deformation and wear too quickly, which makes the fastening parts and loose.

4. Leakage

Due to mechanical looseness, vibration and heating effect of the machine, at the sealing surfaces of the machine and fittings, will appear the leakage; some defects such as casting, machining, assembling it is difficult to find, but because of the vibration in the work process, impact, this deficiency was exposed, characterized by leakage (seepage) oil (water). Therefore, the break-in period prone to leakage.

5. Operating errors
